  • Owned all technology as the only engineer — product, architecture, database, infra, and deploys; shipped 2,000+ commits (350k+ lines of TypeScript), 180+ pages, 90+ SQL migrations, and 320+ test files
  • Built the wholesale platform with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Drizzle ORM, and Supabase Postgres — catalog, product configurator, wholesale applications, buyer portal, quoting with margin guards, and PDF proformas
  • Built a lead-gen pipeline and CRM that discovers retailers from OpenStreetMap and Google Maps, crawls sites for contacts, and validates emails via DNS-MX — 1,500+ leads, plus an offline field-sales PWA covering 3,400+ stores
  • Built an SEO/AEO engine (Search Console data → AI-drafted fixes → one-click apply → measured lift) and a multi-provider AI gateway (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) with per-feature routing and kill switches
  • Ran infra on Vercel, Supabase, and Cloudflare R2 with 13 GitHub Actions cron pipelines; cut admin latency by co-locating serverless functions with the database region
